Join us at the JCC Indianapolis for a very special program with the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation’s Cantor Aviva Marer about the history and rituals of the Bene Israel Jews of India. This event will include a keynote presentation about Jewish cultural roots in India, an exploration of Cantor Aviva’s family history, and the ancient Malida ceremony, which the audience will get to participate in!

This program is family-friendly, educational, and includes free kosher food.

Free and open to the public. Food is limited, so registration is appreciated!
