The JCC offers group exercise classes following COVID-19 best practices for safety. For land-based classes requiring payment, the whole session is paid for up front.

Half N Half Yoga
Half deep stretching and half strength
High-intensity interval training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods to provide improved athletic capacity/condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

Silver Sneakers Classic
SilverSneakers is a set of fitness classes designed and managed by HealthCare Dimensions (HCD), a leading nationwide provider in preventive programming for Medicare Advantage, Managed Care and Medicare Supplemental organizations. Silver Sneakers Classic utilizes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated or standing support.
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
Synchronize breath with movement through an active sequence of sun salutations and postures. The continuous flow, with an emphasis on proper alignment, increases endurance and will help you find the edge of your balance and flexibility.
Total Body BoxJUMP (Jump Rope/Shadow Boxing)
Get your heart rate up by jumping and punching your way through this cardio-heavy class!
Yoga for Energy
In addition to improving sleep quality, relieving stress and anxiety and improving overall physical health, yoga can also be an excellent natural energy-booster. Active poses that stimulate the blood flow through the body — particularly those that gently stretch the spine — can help combat fatigue and boost feelings of vitality, and might also help to counter some of the effects of long periods of sitting.
Exercise and dance put together and set to Latin music. Steps include flamenco, meringue, salsa, reggaeton and more!

The JCC has two indoor pools, Regenstrief Lap Pool and Backer Therapy Pool, as well as the outdoor Eskenazi Water Park, which includes the Cohen Competition Pool, Biccard Lazy River and Slides and Mordoh Zero-Depth Pool. Click the button below for schedules of aquatics activities in these spaces.
The JCC has two gyms, Cohen Gym and Schloss Gym.
Family Programs Schedule
The JCC offers a series of fitness and education classes for parents and parents with their children. These programs were suspended during COVID and have not yet resumed.
