Our dance classes at JCC Indianapolis are first and foremost cardio fitness classes with dance-like moves. The “cardio” part means working to achieve a target heart rate, increasing metabolic rate, burning calories, and improving stamina. The “dance” part is for participants to have so much fun, they don’t even realize they’re getting a great cardio workout!
Indoor cycling reaches a new level when you train at the J. Certified trainers help you progress with the best indoor cycles on the market. The V-shaped frame matches riders of all sizes comfortably, and you’ll get a smooth and quiet workout with the bike’s magnetic resistance.
Deep Water HIIT

Low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Develop balance and symmetry, improve flexibility and coordination, and enhance lower back mobility.
This style of yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation by restoring the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
