Butts & Guts
Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your abdominal, buttock, and thigh muscle groups in this targeted, high-impact workout to strengthen and tone all your core muscles.


Indoor cycling reaches a new level when you train on the JCC’s CycleOps machines. Certified trainers help you progress with the best power-measuring indoor cycles on the market. You can even plug a USB memory device into the console to record your ride data for analysis. Bike shoes with SPD-compatible clips are highly recommended. High-intensity interval training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods to provide improved athletic capacity/condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements in cutting-edge choreography to chart-topping music, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning


Low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Develop balance & symmetry, improve flexibility & coordination and enhance lower back mobility.

Silver Sneakers Boom

SilverSneakers is a set of fitness classes designed and managed by HealthCare Dimensions (HCD), a leading nationwide provider in preventive programming for Medicare Advantage, Managed Care and Medicare Supplemental organizations. This class incorporates athletic exercises that boost your overall fitness. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific drills to improve strength and functional skill. Silver Sneakers Classic

SilverSneakers is a set of fitness classes designed and managed by HealthCare Dimensions (HCD), a leading nationwide provider in preventive programming for Medicare Advantage, Managed Care and Medicare Supplemental organizations. Silver Sneakers Classic utilizes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated or standing support.

Tai Chi for Health

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Total Body Strength

Resistance training to work the arms, back, legs and core.

Total Body BoxJUMP (Jump Rope/Shadow Boxing)

Get your heart rate up by jumping and punching your way through this cardio-heavy class!


Exercise and dance put together and set to Latin music. Steps include flamenco, meringue, salsa, reggaeton and more!

Pools Schedules

The JCC has two indoor pools, Regenstrief Lap Pool and Backer Therapy Pool, as well as the outdoor Eskenazi Water Park, which includes the Cohen Competition Pool, Biccard Lazy River and Slides and Mordoh Zero-Depth Pool. Click the button below for schedules of aquatics activities in these spaces.
