Gymnastics

Ages 3 & up. The JCC’s gymnastics program teaches coordination, balance, grace and confidence through techniques in floor exercise, balance beam, vaulting, still rings and tumbling. Provided by Indy Stars Gymnastics Curriculum.

  • Attire for girls: leotards, hair pulled back, no bows or jewelry
  • Attire for boys: shirt and shorts, no jewelry.

No gum, food or candy is allowed in the gyms.

Indoor Youth Soccer 

Ages 4-6, 7-11. The Soccer JB Sports Program is a great way for children to prepare for the upcoming soccer season, or to improve and build their individual soccer skills. All soccer skill levels are welcome. Our JumpBunch coaches will assess each child to make sure they are learning at their own pace.

Some of the soccer specific drills we teach are based around dribbling, kicking, passing, and shooting. We will play several games to help enhance children’s soccer skills, while also building a sense of teamwork in a fun and safe environment. Come dribble, kick, and score with JB Sports!

JumpBunch

JumpBunch logoAges 3-5. Sports, smiles, fitness, fun! With over 70 different activities, JumpBunch offers unparalleled variety to keep kids moving, covering everything from traditional sports to fun fitness activities, all age appropriate for preschoolers.

Movement improves fitness, builds confidence and promotes learning. JumpBunch focuses on all phases of physical growth that include fine/gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, body balance, agility and muscle development. The best part is….it’s fun! Kids are always excited to participate in JumpBunch each week!

Martial Arts

Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido

Ages 13-Adult. We’ve combined these two ancient Korean disciplines of combat and self-defense with sport and exercise. Tae Kwon Do, or the “way of the foot and the hand,” and Hapkido, or the “way of harmony,” emphasize good health, happiness, generosity, independence and coexistence.

Instructed by Master Jean-Pierre Decaudin

Promotion test given every 3 months (Tae Kwon Do only). Students must participate in the Tae Kwon Do class to take Hapkido.

Karate for Kids

Ages 4-13. Self-defense, coordination and focus. A system of self-development using kicks and punches. Its quick, sharp actions involve snapping movements of the joints, which means that kids need to warm up carefully.

Additional $30 fee for students ready for end of session promotional test.

Grades 3-5, 6-7 or 8-9. Join the “Back to School” 3-on-3 league as an individual ($75) or full team ($265 for 4-6 players)! Games on Thursdays.

Youth Tennis

10 & Under Tennis

Ages 3-10. Enroll your budding tennis star in our expanded classes for youth. We are a USTA-registered 10-and-under tennis facility, offering programs for children as young as three, utilizing racquets, balls and courts designed for our youngest players.

Ages 10 & up. Middle School and High School age players build upon their skills. Special classes for tournament players and pro-admit preparation.

Allen Katner Youth Soccer

Co-ed micro-soccer leagues play on smaller fields and have four players per team on the field at any one time. Focus is on skill development, fair play and fun.

Weekly practice day/time determined by volunteer coaches.

Intro to Micro-Soccer

Ages 3-4. Introducing pre-K athletes to soccer. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged. 10 minutes working on individual touch followed by 20 minute games. Max 18 participants.

KinderSoccer
