Gymnastics
Ages 3 & up. The JCC’s gymnastics program teaches coordination, balance, grace and confidence through techniques in floor exercise, balance beam, vaulting, still rings and tumbling. Provided by Indy Stars Gymnastics Curriculum.
- Attire for girls: leotards, hair pulled back, no bows or jewelry
- Attire for boys: shirt and shorts, no jewelry.
No gum, food or candy is allowed in the gyms.

Martial Arts
Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido
Ages 7-Adult. We’ve combined these two ancient Korean disciplines of combat and self-defense with sport and exercise. Tae Kwon Do, or the “way of the foot and the hand,” and Hapkido, or the “way of harmony,” emphasize good health, happiness, generosity, independence and coexistence.

Promotion test given every 3 months (Tae Kwon Do only). Students must participate in the Tae Kwon Do class to take Hapkido.

Ages 4-13. Self-defense, coordination and focus. A system of self-development using kicks and punches. Its quick, sharp actions involve snapping movements of the joints, which means that kids need to warm up carefully.

Youth Pickleball
Ages 9-14. Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in the U.S., is a combination of tennis, ping pong and badminton that is played on a court one-third the size of a tennis court. All equipment will be provided and the class is taught by a Certified Professional Pickleball Instructor, with emphasis on Youth Development.

Ages 3-10. Enroll your budding tennis star in our expanded classes for youth. We are a USTA-registered 10-and-under tennis facility, offering programs for children as young as three, utilizing racquets, balls and courts designed for our youngest players.

Youth Yoga
Ages 4-7. Join us for yoga play and learning adventures. Fun movement, poses and games, with intros to meditation and breathing. Show your child how to joyfully release extra energy and return to a peaceful calm. For beginners and those who have had some experience.
