Eli & the Waltz King

Local artist Kyle Ragsdale brings a few of his favorite things to this tri-themed show . . . a little Elijah imagery, some whimsical waltzes, and simple groupings of beloved neighbor kids.

Using a wildly expressive painting style (creating with squeegees, combs, and palette knives, and only the occasional paintbrush), Ragsdale crafted vibrant story scenes of thick, textured oils.

The collection oozes opulence, as he aims to share lavishly with the viewer a pure joy of painting.
