See the Indiana judicial branch in action. The JCC is proud to once again host a panel of the Indiana Court of Appeals for an oral argument involving an actual, pending case. Judges Elizabeth F. Tavitas, Dana J. Kenworthy, and Paul A. Felix will comprise the oral argument panel. A synopsis of the case will be provided by the Court a few days before the argument. The oral argument will be free and open to the public, though registration is appreciated.
