JFIT Lift: Women on Weights with Heather

JFIT Lift: Women on Weights is a six-week strength conditioning program for women only designed to increase participant’s overall strength, form and knowledge of weightlifting movements.

BOSU Balance and Strength with Debbie
Mon, Mar 3 | 6–6:30 pm
Using the BOSU Balance Trainer, in BOSU Balance and Strength you’ll engage your core, improve balance, and build full-body strength through a combination of cardio, functional movements, and resistance exercises. This class is designed to enhance coordination, agility, and muscle control while providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels.

JFIT HIIT with Kylie

Tai Chi for Rehab with Tracy
